Cordial LEW is a special type of concentrated drink, which is a preparation in which the sweet, sour and aromatic parts are balanced.

The company's products are a convenient solution for bars and home use, allowing you to easily prepare drinks of any complexity.

The first mention of cordial was already in the XIV century. For example, in Britain, this was the name of tinctures that were considered beneficial to the heart, hence their name (cordialis – Latin for "cordial"). And in the Navy of England and France, cordial was included in the diet of sailors for the prevention of scurvy, as it contained lemon juice.

What are cordials now?
Today, cordials are non-alcoholic concentrated fruit, floral or spicy bases for drinks. Cordial has become an integral part of the bartending craft and cocktail culture in many countries around the world.

The easiest way to use cordial is to make lemonade from it. Chilled mineral water with or without gas is suitable for this purpose. 2-3 teaspoons of syrup are enough for 1 cup (250-300 ml). Stir and the drink is ready to drink. A great option for a quick summer refreshing lemonade.

Cordial can be used as a useful sweetener for any kind of tea - black, green and berry. The natural composition of cordial improves the drink and gives it interesting flavors. It is especially useful to add cordial to tea if you feel that you are very cold or notice the first symptoms of a cold.
