Flavor created in collaboration between [Lew] and Russia’s best bar – Matsu Izakaya & Roku Bar (Kaliningrad). A Japanese house on the shore of Nizhneye Lake. Matsu Izakaya is a fusion of Japanese cuisine by Kaliningrad restaurateurs Dmitry Akulov and Pavel Borisenko. Roku Bar is where head bartender Anton Kishtha has assembled the city’s most extensive sake menu, alongside meticulously crafted classic and signature cocktail lists.
